By making a purchase, donation, or financial transaction through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Refund Policy is to provide clear guidelines regarding:
- Product purchases
- Digital downloads
- Audio teachings
- Video teachings
- Online courses
- eBooks
- Physical books
- Ministry resources
- Donations
- Subscription services (if applicable)
- Event registrations (if applicable)
This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2. General Refund Principles
We strive to ensure that all products and services offered through The Blossom Voice are delivered accurately and in good faith.
Refund requests are evaluated based on:
- The nature of the product purchased
- Whether the product is physical or digital
- Whether access has already been granted
- The reason for the refund request
- Applicable consumer protection laws
The Blossom Voice reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially grant refund requests in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
3. Donations
A. Voluntary Contributions
Donations made to The Blossom Voice are voluntary gifts intended to support ministry activities, outreach programs, educational initiatives, operational expenses, and charitable work.
As a general rule:
All donations are considered final and non-refundable.
Because donated funds may be allocated immediately toward ministry activities, we are generally unable to reverse donations after they have been processed.
B. Exceptions for Donation Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Donation
A donor accidentally submits multiple donations for the same intended contribution.
Incorrect Donation Amount
A donor mistakenly enters an incorrect amount due to a typographical or processing error.
Unauthorized Transaction
A donation was made without the donor's authorization.
Technical Error
A system malfunction caused an unintended charge.
Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
The Ministry reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any refund.
4. Physical Products
Physical products may include:

the purchase becomes non-refundable except as specifically outlined below.

The Ministry reserves discretion in evaluating such requests.
7. Online Courses and Educational Programs
If online courses, workshops, or educational programs are offered:
Before Access
